1. Apply for a credit card from Capital One here https://www.cardlabconnect.com/ocefcreditcard. For each new card holder, OCEF will receive $50 from Capital One upon the first purchase.
2. Use the card on any purchase, Capital One will send 1 - 3% cashback of your purchases to OCEF on a quarterly basis.
3. This card is just like a regular credit card, with all the Visa benefits.
4. The card would look like the picture on this page (Once more designs are created, a card holder could choose from up to 3 card designs at the application time)
