所有参加基金会六个月以上的会员都可以提名理事候选人。所有会员都可以被提名参选。请会员们行使你们的选举权和被选举权，请捐款人行使你们的监督权。

Thank you for your ongoing support to OCEF's cause.
Based on the bylaws of Overseas China Education Foundation (https://www.ocef.org/index.php/organization/policy/170) and the OCEF regulation and process of board election, we hereby announce the re-election process has officially started.
The detailed election direction is listed as follows:
All of the members registered for more than six months are qualified to nominate directors. All of the members are qualified to be nominated as directors. This is time to exercise your right of supervision and participation. Please make use of this right.
